Logitech Prices Rise: Popular Accessories See Up to 25% Increase

Many of Logitech’s products have become more expensive recently. YouTuber Cameron Dougherty highlighted these increases in a video this week, noting some products are up by as much as 25 percent. These price hikes affect a range of their PC and gaming accessories, including popular Logitech items like the MX Master 3S mouse.

Price Increases Confirmed

A review of past pricing data, using captures from the Internet Archive, seems to confirm Mr. Dougherty’s observations. The MX Master 3S, a widely favored mouse that I personally use, now sells for $119.99 – a $20 increase from its previous price. It feels a bit disappointing to see a favorite tool become less accessible, doesn't it?

Keyboard prices have also climbed. The Pro X TKL now costs $219.99, up from $199.99. Perhaps even more noticeable is the increase on the K400 Plus Wireless Touch keyboard, which jumped from $27.99 to $34.99. Although this represents a smaller dollar amount increase of $7, it is a significant 25 percent jump, making it one of the largest percentage increases Logitech has implemented.

Not Everything Went Up

It’s not all bad news, though. Some products haven’t experienced a price change, including the MX Ergo mouse and the G703 gaming mouse. Interestingly, a few items have actually decreased in price. The Pro X Superlight mouse, for example, is now available for $149.99, down from $159.99. It's always a little bit of a pleasant surprise to find something actually getting more affordable!

What's Behind the Changes?

Logitech hasn't officially announced these price adjustments, leaving the reason a bit of a mystery. However, the most plausible explanation seems to be a reaction to the global tariffs previously enacted under President Donald Trump. Logitech mentioned these tariffs earlier this month when they decided to withdraw their financial outlook for fiscal year 2026, suggesting they were significantly impacting their projections.

As of the time of this writing, Logitech has not responded to requests for further comment regarding the price revisions. It seems they’re keeping their cards close to their chest, leaving consumers to piece together the puzzle.
